Miss Sorn - Red Bird Team Teacher
Sorn has been subbing with Little Oak since 2007 and has recently joined our team as a permanent teacher, yay! Sorn has received her BA in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Sorn loves to read, listen to music, go to the movies, exercise and she loves to eat. She also loves to spend time with family and friends and take walks with her boyfriend. We are so happy to have Sorn in the Red Birds and she loves it too, especially seeing the students laughing and learning while playing.

Miss Lisa - Red Bird Teacher's Assistant
Lisa has been with Little Oak since 2000! Lisa has her AA in Liberal Arts from West Valley and her BA in Liberal Studies from SJSU. Lisa loves traveling, reading and hanging out with her husband and two beautiful girls (especially on the beach). Lisa loves to sing and to be silly with her Red Birds and she doesn’t have a favorite part of teaching, she loves it all!

Miss Deborah - Red Bird Teacher's Assistant
Deborah began her teaching at Little Oak as a substitute teacher in 2008. We were so happy to have her as a permanent Teacher’s Assistant in our Polar Bear classroom for the 2009/2010 school year. It will be fun to have her in the Red Birds for the 2010/2011 school year. Deborah has an education in Early Childhood Development from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa and Irvine Valley JC. Deborah loves to garden, read and decorate her home. She enjoys spending time with family, taking scenic drives, going to the movies and relaxing. Deborah’s favorite activity with the children is to read, have great conversations and to sing and dance. She loves the rewards of watching a child learn in wonderment…their world opening up in all areas...self-esteem and learning about others and their environment. |
